Street Runners BANGER!

I just started making this beat so i thought i would post up a quick view of it.
I heard this sample about nickel and diming and selling drugs etc.. It has some really dope horns on it so i choped up the vocal sample and horn stabs. Cooked that up for a bit then added some bangin drums and extra bass over it. This is definetly going to be a summer chune once i'm done with it. as always, BAAAAAANGER!!!

Producer Battle @King Of The Dot Round 1

This is a video of me involved in a Producers Battle going up against fellow Producer T-Rupt hosted by King Of The Dot.

You've probably heard about the KOTD freestyle battle league and even watched a few videos of it also on YouTube.

Well now there is a producers section to this battling style. This was a full out 16 producer head-to-head battle, winner advances. One beat per round, OT plays another beat if neccessary until there is only one standing for a grand prize of cash.

The first round in this battle ended up being a tie so a second beat was played. Big up to T-Rupt as we both brought some serious heat to the table.

Beat Making Video For Big Mouths Online

A Beat Making Video I did exclusively for Big Mouths Online.This apart of their Producers Loung Series. This series is where fellow producers show you they make their beats and a few methods to their madness. Fellos producers should take a peak into this series as it's very informative. I show you the way I go through a record to find little blips, stabs, horns, riffs, some ohhs n lahs etc... I then show you my actually zooming into the sample and how I chop up the sample and placing it onto the pads while showing you how "poor mans time stretch" is applied. I then record everything live with a few tips and pointers along the way.

In this video i show you some interesting flimsy chinese vinyl record. The reason i show you this obscure find is that to open up your eyes to different types of records out there. The material to this vinyl record appears and feels to be from recycled plastic bottles. Some humor at the end on how "i get my scratches" lol

How To Chop Up Drum Breaks Tutorial With Download

This is an interactive video that shows you my methods to my madness when it comes to creating my signature sound fat drums. Though there are many ways to chopping up drum breaks ans layering drums in general, this is one way that i do it.

The video comes with a download so you can follow along or you can watch it once and apply these techniques to your production and if you need further assistance you can go back and play the video again.

I show you how to utilize Drum Breaks to their maximum potential. I go over and explain the use for Stereo Seperation and how it applies to using this process in creating better drums for your production.

This video is an insiders tip to Industry Standard Production. A lot of your favourite producers use this same method. This same technique can also be applied if you're using software. I walk you through how to Stereo Seperate the drum break, to placing them on your mpc pads and further layering them. You Stereo Seperate the kick, snare, hi hat seperately(or you can chop the drum break in half and apply the same process). You then take these 2 seperate MONO channels and layer them ontop of each other and apply some eqing to them. Once they are layered you're going to eq them differently, one being really low and one more mid-ranged to give it that thick sounding pop sound.
